介紹

以急性發(fā)熱性呼吸道癥狀為特征的退伍軍人癥是由吸入含有嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌的霧化水引起的。嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清組1zui常從患者中分離（1,2）。
IMMUNOCATCHTM軍團(tuán)菌（Legionella）是一種側(cè)流免疫層析法，可通過(guò)快速可靠地檢測(cè)尿樣中的抗原，對(duì)嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清型1感染進(jìn)行早期診斷。

方法的原理

本產(chǎn)品是一種試劑盒，設(shè)計(jì)用于免疫層析法檢測(cè)尿樣中嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清型1的LPS抗原。
當(dāng)樣品通過(guò)毛細(xì)管作用遷移通過(guò)綴合物墊時(shí)，標(biāo)本中的軍團(tuán)菌抗原結(jié)合綴合至膠體顆粒的抗軍團(tuán)菌屬抗體以形成抗原 - 抗體復(fù)合物?？乖?- 抗體復(fù)合物在試紙條上遷移，與固定在膜上的抗軍團(tuán)菌抗體特異性結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生紅線。然后通過(guò)肉眼觀察紅線的存在來(lái)確定軍團(tuán)菌抗原的存在。
此外，抗-Legionella抗體偶聯(lián)的膠體金在反應(yīng)中不被消耗，與固定在對(duì)照線上的抗免疫球蛋白抗體結(jié)合產(chǎn)生紅線，表明測(cè)試條上的反應(yīng)成功。

簡(jiǎn)介：軍團(tuán)桿菌，系需氧革蘭氏陰性桿菌，以嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌zui易致病?，F(xiàn)已提出了超過(guò)30種軍團(tuán)桿菌，至少19種是人類肺炎的病原。其中zui常見病原體為嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌(占病例的85%~90%),其次是液檢測(cè)卡L.micdadei(占5%~10%),再次是L.bozemanii和L.dumoffii.此類細(xì)菌形態(tài)相似，具有共同的生化特征，引起類似疾病。

測(cè)試原理：IFA方法是基于樣品中抗體的反應(yīng)，用吸附在滑動(dòng)表面上的抗原進(jìn)行測(cè)試。樣品中的特異性抗體與抗原發(fā)生反應(yīng)，而不與抗原結(jié)合的免疫球蛋白在洗滌步驟中被除去。下一步，抗原抗體復(fù)合物與熒光素標(biāo)記的抗人球蛋白反應(yīng)。它可以用免疫熒光顯微鏡檢查。
